REFUND POLICY
At Mira, all sales are subject to the policy below. By placing an order with Mira, you acknowledge and agree to these terms before completing your purchase.
Returns and Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, including any original packaging, inserts, seals, and labels.

A return request must be submitted to mirahealthco@gmail.com within 30 days of confirmed delivery, unless a longer guarantee period is expressly stated on the specific offer page at the time of purchase.

The return must be approved in writing by Mira before the item is sent back.

The customer must follow all return instructions provided by Mira.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and may be refused, discarded, or returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
30-Day, 60-Day, and 90-Day Money-Back Guarantees
Any advertised 30-day, 60-day, or 90-day money-back guarantee applies only where expressly stated on the specific product or offer page at the time of purchase.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Mira:

Money-back guarantees apply only to first-time purchases of eligible products.

Money-back guarantees do not apply to any order placed during an active sale, discount, promotional event, limited-time offer, bundle offer, subscription discount, clearance event, or special campaign.

Money-back guarantees do not apply to free gifts, bonus items, bundled items, shipping fees, handling fees, or any non-product charges.

Limit one guarantee claim per customer, household, and payment method.

Mira reserves the right to request reasonable proof of purchase, order information, and product usage details before reviewing any guarantee claim.
If no specific guarantee is stated on the applicable offer page at the time of purchase, then no money-back guarantee applies beyond the standard policy set out here.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Opened, used, tampered with, or partially used items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact mirahealthco@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

a description of the issue, and

clear photo evidence of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Failure to notify us within 24 hours of delivery may result in the claim being denied.
Mira reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether an item is defective, damaged in transit, or otherwise eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund.
Product Variations and Packaging Changes
Minor differences in color, packaging, branding, labeling, design, included inserts, or non-essential features do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for a refund, return, or dispute.
Product images on our website are for general reference only. Actual products may vary slightly due to supplier updates, manufacturing changes, packaging refreshes, or inventory changes, provided the product performs its primary intended function as advertised.
Such variations do not qualify as “item not as described,” “defective,” or “materially different.”
Promotional Offers, Bundles, and Bonus Items
For promotions including, but not limited to, Buy One Get One, bundles, free gifts, limited-time offers, or discounted subscription offers:

bonus items and accessories are subject to availability,

Mira may substitute bonus items, packaging, or non-essential components with comparable alternatives,

promotional items may differ in appearance, branding, or specifications,

promotional and discounted orders are generally final sale, unless otherwise required by law.
The absence of a non-essential feature, bonus item variation, or packaging difference does not entitle the customer to a refund, return, or dispute.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing from Mira, you agree to first contact us at mirahealthco@gmail.com to attempt to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated, Mira reserves the right to submit all relevant evidence to the payment processor, bank, or financial institution, including but not limited to:

proof that the customer agreed to our policies at checkout,

order confirmation details,

shipment and delivery confirmation,

tracking records,
-
product and offer page details,
-
prior communications with the customer,
-
evidence of promotional terms, discount terms, or final sale status.
Where permitted by law, accounts associated with abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith disputes may be restricted from future purchases.
Refusal of Returns
Mira reserves the right to deny any return, refund, replacement, exchange, or guarantee claim that does not fully comply with this policy.
All determinations regarding eligibility, product condition, misuse, promotional status, proof requirements, and policy interpretation are made by Mira in its reasonable discretion, subject to applicable consumer law.
